Professional Experience
Michael is the CEO and Founder of Splitero. He is a consumer-focused real estate and tech executive specializing in hyper-growth and scale.
Throughout his career, Michael has successfully acquired and dispositioned over 1,000 homes on the West Coast and originated nearly $250M of residential fix-and-flip loans for investors nationwide. Before Splitero, Michael was fortunate to be part of the initial Kiavi (LendingHome) and Sundae teams.
Michael is a member of YPO San Diego and earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.
