Gaurav Agarwal is a growth and revenue executive, startup advisor, angel investor and entrepreneur. Gaurav has a remarkable track record of scaling businesses across SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and consumer healthcare.

Gaurav is currently COO at ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company, where he leads Growth, Marketing, Product, Revenue, Sales, CX and Data teams. He joined ClickUp in 2022 as Chief Growth Officer and quickly made an impact driving significant growth while drastically reducing spending at the same time.

Before ClickUp, Gaurav was the SVP of Growth at Molekule, where he helped scale the business to nine-figure revenues and expanded into international markets. He also held an SVP of Growth role at Achieve, where he led a growth turnaround to deliver a nine-figure contribution margin.

As an advisor and angel investor, Gaurav has backed over 25 startups across fintech, AI, and consumer tech, sharing his expertise to help these companies grow and scale. He was a founding team member of multiple startups spanning SaaS, hardware, deep tech and AI. Gaurav started his career in Barclays Capital and has a degree in Industrial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
