Gui Peres has been a driving force behind Ergomotion’s global success since joining the company in 2007. His strategic leadership has propelled Ergomotion to the forefront of the adjustable bed industry, establishing it as the world’s largest manufacturer, with a mission to design, produce and deliver the world’s best adjustable beds and sleep solutions.
Prior to joining Ergomotion, Peres honed his business acumen through consulting engagements with Unilever Latin America and active involvement in his family’s furniture business. His diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics.
Peres holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from São Paulo, Brazil, and has further enhanced his business education with an EMBA from Pepperdine University. His fluency in three languages underscores his global perspective and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders worldwide.
