By registering for and participating in the TechCon SoCal 2025 Innovation and Investment Conference (“the Conference”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Compliance and Acceptance of Policies: By agreeing to this waiver, you agree to comply with all Conference Policies [https://techconsocal.com/conference-policies/], Terms of Service [https://techconsocal.com/terms-of-service/], and Privacy Policy [https://techconsocal.com/privacy-policy/] including those related to conduct, privacy, and intellectual property. Please note that failure to do so may result in your removal from the Conference without a refund.
2. Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that your participation in the Conference, whether in person or virtually, is a voluntary choice that may involve certain risks. These risks include but are not limited to technical issues, network failures,  unauthorized use of personal information, physical injury, or financial loss. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation.
3. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge F5A, LLC d/b/a TechCon SoCal  (“TechCon SoCal”) , its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in the Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
4. No Investment Advice: The information presented at the Conference, including any discussions on technology and investments, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. TechCon SoCal is not responsible for any investment decisions you may make based on information obtained at the Conference.
5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any proprietary content, materials, or information shared during the Conference without prior written consent from the respective owners.
6. Consent to Filming and Photography: You understand that photos and recordings may be captured during this event. By registering, you consent to TechCon SoCal’s reuse of any image or recording captured at this event for publicity purposes or for posting including but not limited to the TechCon SoCal website, related TechCon SoCal social media accounts, and other online platforms.
7. Force Majeure: TechCon SoCal shall be excused from performance under this Agreement, to the extent it is prevented or delayed from performing, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from: (a) weather conditions or other elements of nature or acts of God; (b) acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders, or rebellion; (c) quarantines or embargoes; (d) labor strikes; (e) error or disruption to major computer hardware or networks or software failures; (g) pandemics or epidemics; or (h) other causes beyond the reasonable control of Company.
8. Changes and Cancellations:  TechCon SoCal reserves the right to modify or cancel the Conference at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by participants due to such changes or cancellations.  If the conference is cancelled for any unavoidable reasons, no refund will be issued by TechCon SoCal. If the Conference is cancelled without an unavoidable reason, partial refund will be provided by TechCon SoCal after paying all incurred costs. In the event the Conference is rescheduled, TechCon SoCal will issue no refund, and existing tickets will be honored for the Conference on the revised date.

It is crucial that you comprehend the implications of each of these documents before proceeding with your participation.
